 Our Commitment

International Institute for Spiritual Leadership has produced the first research-based and action-oriented paradigm to implement spirituality in the workplace.  The IISL model, initially developed in 1999, is an exploration that has brought together scholars and executives in a collaboration to revolutionize the vision for simultaneously maximizing employee well-being, sustainability, and financial performance.
