The International Institute for Spiritual Leadership is actively engaged in the research and dissemination of knowledge related to the fields of spiritual leadership and workplace performance.
General News:
Dr. Fry and Melissa Nisiewicz are currently writing a book, "Maximizing the Triple Bottom Line through Spiritual Leadership." The purpose of the book is to bring together in one place their over ten years off theory, research, and practice on intrinsic motivation and individual and organizational transformation and development through spiritual leadership. It will provide practitioners the tools and techniques necessary to implement the spiritual leadership balanced scorecard business model for creating sustainable organizations that maximize the triple bottom line.
Book series proposal by Dr. Fry for a book series on advances in workplace spirituality has been accepted by Information Age Publishing. The initial book in the series the Psychology of Religion and Workplace Spirituality and edited by Peter Hill and Bryan Dik is currently in process. A contract for the second book in the series has been signed by Kathryn Goldman Schuyler on
Inner Peace and Global Vision: The Influence of Tibetan Buddhism on Leadership and Organizations.

Spent eleven days at The Centre for Excellence in Leadership (CEL) in London, England exploring their approach to implementing organizational spiritual leadership. CEL is a former recipient of the prestigious international spirit at work award.
